buko and niyog

I consider buko or coconut and all its derivative uncooked concoctions to be nature's gift to man. It is especially so refreshing when its cold and even if its not, ok pa rin. Coconut milk from the much older fruits always give great, creamy and healthy flavor to vegetable, fish and chicken dishes. As if people didn't know this. Cheers!

I used to think that cinnamon was purely a baking add-on but it's great pala with: 1. fruit cocktail 2. fish fillets and fish steaks 3. pork and hams 4. sweet potatoes, pumpkins, squash and spinach 5. fruit toppings 6. pork and ham sauces Cheers!

Another great herb add-on is parsley. Always great as garnish and good with: 1. all types of soups 2. fish dishes 3. scrambled eggs, omellettes 4. meat dishes 5. creamed poultry dishes 6. potatoes, carrots, peas 7. mixed green salads 8. potatoe salads 9. poultry salads 9. cole slaw 10. hollandaise and tartar sauces Cheers!

thyme(fly) me to the moon
